Assessment Center

Assessment Center is one of the most reliable and fair-minded methods of employees selection. The advantage over against usual ways of attendants appraisal is observing their behavior in model situations, which can be done by team tasks, solving organizational problem, manager game or self-presenting. It gives more information  with more objective views on them as commonly used interviews or usage of tests or questionnaires
One part of assessment center are also psychological tests, aiming to required conditions in connection to position and also projective interview, which altogether with behavior observing gives high objectivity in attendants assessment.
